So I went to my yoga class on Saturday morning and I have to say that all-in-all it was very good. It was a bit different from yoga classes I have been to previously, there was a lot more focus on core strength and less on the relaxing.
The instructor was very nice and showed a variety of poses in beginner, intermediate and expert, so the class catered for everyone.
The only thing that wasn't ideal about the class was it's location. It was still in the main gym and despite getting the music turned down (it later came on loud again towards the end of the class), it wasn't ideal for concentration and relaxation. However due to the recent renovations, Belfast Pure Gym are hoping to erect a wall that will provide a separate enclosed studio room.
